In the first edition of a striking new collection celebrating the world of Couture, Royal Salute is proud to collaborate with a rising star of British fashion, Richard Quinn
Created in tribute to the Coronation for HM Queen Elizabeth II in 1953, Royal Salute 21 Years Old is distinguished by the full fragrance of autumn flowers which precede deep, intense fruit aromas. Crafted only with the finest whiskies, adhering to the brand’s unique tradition of only using whiskies that have patiently matured for at least 21 years. A treasured whisky presented in a distinctive porcelain flagon that bears a sapphire glaze.
Nose: Sweet pears and citrus fruits are balanced with the fragrance of autumn flowers. An elegant blend of vanilla and dry oak is crowned with subtle notes of sherry and just a wisp of smoke.
Mouth: The welcome warmth of orange marmalade and fresh pears is followed by a brave explosion of spices and hazelnut. After the excitement, a trace of smoke lingers.
Royal Salute was created to mark the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II in 1953 and combines timeless tradition with the instinctive skill of the craftsman. Only whiskies that have slowly blossomed in the cask for at least 21 years are eligible. Only the finest are chosen. Only the skill of the Master Blender can tease out their truest beauty.
