Ingredients for the Extra Colada: • 50ml Chivas Extra 13 Rum Cask • 30ml pineapple juice • 25ml lime juice • 20ml coconut cream • Pineapple slice, to garnish • Mint to garnish Method: Add all ingredients into a blender, and blend with ice for approximately 10 seconds. Pour into a tall glass filled to the top with ice. Garnish with the pineapple and mint.
